The Resilience Project
The Resilience Project works with schools and communities across Australia to help young people build positive mental health and resilience. At the heart of the program are three simple but powerful daily practices:
- ✨ Gratitude – focusing on the good things in life
- 💛 Empathy – showing kindness and understanding to others
- 🌿 Mindfulness – being present in the moment
These practices (known as GEM) have been shown to improve happiness and wellbeing, while also helping to reduce stress and anxiety.
Through fun and practical activities, The Resilience Project gives children and families easy tools they can use every day to support their mental health and build stronger connections.
