Its back at RCC starting this term.

Jump Rope for Heart is a fantastic physical activity and fundraising program that has been run by the Heart Foundation for over 36 years. It’s a great way for your child to keep fit and learn new skills, but it also helps raise funds for vital heart research and education programs.

Here at RCC the whole school program will be run as a 10 – 15 minute activity in Physical Education classes and incorporated in morning fitness. During Health Education students will be recording their participation and throughout the term rewards will be awarded for a variety of achievements.
If you would like to register your child’s fundraising page online go to and select ‘Join School’.

If you have any questions please contact your child’s PE teacher.

Happy Skipping!
