WA Premiers Reading Challenge 2022
Back in May this year, the Premier Mark McGowan announced that the Premier’s Reading Challenge was back on, after a hiatus in previous years.

All students from Kindy to Year 12 were challenged to read and log 12 or more book titles over a four-month period.
Lots of fantastic prizes were up for grabs, including a family holiday – details on those winners are still to be announced.
A celebration and awards ceremony, hosted by the Premier Mark McGowan, will be held for the winning students in each age category soon.
Good Luck to our reading super stars – We hope we will be reading about your success soon!
But on Thursday 15 September, RCC recognized our reading champions, with a special visit by Mr Hugh Jones MLA, Member for Darling Range.
All RCC’s star readers, who logged 12 books or more, had their name placed in a raffle box and Mr Jones picked out six lucky students, who received a certificate, and a $50 gift voucher!
Congratulations to Alina Williams, Mason Pickering, Hunter Gloyn, Thomas Kerenyi, Liliana Kanyama and Bonnie Maddern.
